Every. Single. Day?

Yep, I’m one of those weirdos who sends out a newsletter every single weekday, and today wraps up my first full month.

But that’s ridiculous, right? Nobody wants to read that, right?

I certainly thought so, too, until I found myself reading [Jonathan Stark’s daily newsletter](https://jonathanstark.com/daily), every day, for many months.

But even though *I* love to read daily newsletters, that doesn’t mean anyone else does. That doesn’t mean you do.

**And that’s what I love most about it: I would still write it even if nobody but me ever read it.**

The absurd and delicious challenge of writing about my perspective on marketing strategy every day has forced me to refine and focus my ideas. It’s forced me to broaden my inputs.

It’s forced me to think more.

And as my favorite line in one of my favorite books about marketing, *Obvious Adams*, goes, “Thinking is the hardest work many people ever have to do, and they don’t like to do any more of it than they can help.”

And, so far, there’s been nothing like a daily email to force myself to do the hard work, every day.
