What do you believe that influences how you work?
Okay, big question, so here’s an example:
In my work, I believe that marketing rarely “fails,” it usually just... stops. Stalling out is the fail state for most marketing.
So that means the heart of my work is keeping my clients’ marketing going. Not just for its own sake, but so that it continues long enough to notice what’s working, and what isn’t.
Marketing rarely works on its first attempt, so you need to have many cracks at it before you succeed.
Which means that managing your vital resources, like your budget, your energy, and your patience is the key to effective long-term marketing.
So what do I write about in my content? How to do that.
How to work at it until it works.
And how to know if it can work.
For more than 900 newsletter editions now, and most stemming from that core belief.
So, what’s yours?
And what do you want to say about it?
